At Ivar, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if the following conditions are met:

  1. Timing: The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  2. Terms of Service Compliance: The user requesting the refund has not violated Ivar's Terms of Service or been removed from the Ivar Support Server for any reason.

  3. Current Billing Cycle: The refund request pertains to a purchase made in the current monthly billing cycle. Once a new billing cycle begins, purchases from the previous cycle are no longer eligible for refund.

Purchases made as gifts to other users are only eligible for a refund if both the gifter and recipient meet these conditions.

Submitting a Refund Request

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Join the Ivar Support Server if you are not already a member.

  2. Navigate to the help channel and open a new support ticket using the designated command (e.g. /ticket open).

  3. In the ticket, provide a clear and concise explanation of why you are requesting a refund, including the date of the original purchase and the Discord ID or username associated with the transaction.

  4. Our support team will review your request and follow up with you in the ticket. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response.

If your refund is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request

  • Claim credits or other virtual currency used for in-bot purchases

  • Subscriptions or purchases used in violation of the Terms of Service

  • Purchases made during a previous monthly billing cycle

  • Intangible rewards earned through bot usage (XP, levels, badges, etc.)

Refund Limitations

Ivar reserves the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Excessive or repeated refund requests from the same user

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated outside of this refund policy

  • Attempts to circumvent the refund policy conditions

  • Purchasing with the intent to request a refund

In these cases, we may deny the refund request and take additional action as needed, up to and including terminating the user's access to Ivar and related services.
