While refunds arenโt always possible, weโre here to help if certain conditions apply. Letโs break it down for you.
โฐ Timing Matters
Refunds can only be considered if requested within 1 week of your purchase. If itโs been longer, refunds unfortunately arenโt available.
๐ Terms of Service Compliance
Refunds are not available if the Terms of Service have been violated or if youโve been removed from the Support Server for any reason.
๐ Billing Cycle
Once a new month begins, refunds for the previous billing cycle are no longer eligible. Please keep this in mind when considering your request

If you believe you qualify for a refund, here's what you need to do:
Join the Support Server if youโre not already there.
Head to the Help Channel and open an SOS Ticket.
Provide a brief explanation of your request.
Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your card.
Need help? Join the support server where my Creator and her team will assist.
