While refunds arenโ€™t always possible, weโ€™re here to help if certain conditions apply. Letโ€™s break it down for you.

โฐ Timing Matters

Refunds can only be considered if requested within 1 week of your purchase. If itโ€™s been longer, refunds unfortunately arenโ€™t available.

๐Ÿ“œ Terms of Service Compliance

Refunds are not available if the Terms of Service have been violated or if youโ€™ve been removed from the Support Server for any reason.

๐Ÿ“… Billing Cycle

Once a new month begins, refunds for the previous billing cycle are no longer eligible. Please keep this in mind when considering your request

If you believe you qualify for a refund, here's what you need to do:

  1. Join the Support Server if youโ€™re not already there.

  2. Head to the Help Channel and open an SOS Ticket.

  3. Provide a brief explanation of your request.

Refunds may take 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your card.
